Weight Watchers

Well, I began Weight Watchers on October 1, 2007. Beginning Monday, October 15th, for the next 12 weeks (the rest of this year :o) I'd like to really stick with it. I plan to exercise for 20-30 minutes a day, 5 days a week. I've added a 'ticker' to my blog on the right of the main page to track my progress. My husband is kind of doing this with me, but not the exercise. We'll see how I do in these 12 weeks... until December 31, 2007.

Woo Hoo!! I see 2.5 pounds lost. Way to go!

Do you watch Biggest Loser? Very inspiring -- last night there was a man on there that has lost 100 pounds in 8 weeks. C.R.A.Z.Y!! But I'm thinking... man alive... I could do SOMETHING! Can't I?
